These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
2. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3. Modifications to Services and Prices Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
4. Products or Services Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
5. Governing Law These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms. By continuing to access or use our website following any updates or revisions made to these Terms, you agree to be bound by such revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in its entirety, please stop using this website immediately.

FUNHO CANADA SALES AND WARRANTY TERMS
Dear customer, thank you for purchasing FUNHO ROTOR AUTOMATIC MAHJONG MACHINE! It’s an honor to be able to provide you with high-quality products and services.
Our company is the sales and technical service center for FUNHO CANADA automatic mahjong machines located in Calgary. We provide sales, after-sales, and technical services for FUNHO products to customers in Canada.
These terms apply only to FUNHO ROTOR AUTOMATIC MAHJONG MACHINE and related FUNHO products purchased from our company.
1. Warranty Coverage
• The warranty covers any defects of the mainframe (motherboard, electric motors, sensors, etc.) under normal use during the warranty period.
• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
2. Repair or Replacement
• During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.
• For customers inside Calgary, we will provide a backup automatic mahjong machine during maintenance. (We will provide the above services in other cities in Canada in the future.)
3. What is NOT Covered
• Damage of the product resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, or natural disaster.
• Damage of the product resulting from unauthorized modifications or alternations.
• Exterior parts and painted parts, including normal wear and tear.
• All man-made damages of the product.
• NOTE: For fold legs models, both sets of mahjong tiles need to be REMOVED from the machine before folding the machine. Damage of the product resulting from not removing both sets of mahjong tiles before folding in not included in the warranty.
4. Warranty Period
• The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase plus another 12 months of warranty as a gift.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
• To obtain warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
• The customer must contact us to report the defect and receive instructions for the return or repair process.
6. Return of the Product
• Due to personal hygiene considerations associated with the use of automatic mahjong machines and mahjong tiles, we do not provide returns or exchanges for products without quality issues or defects.
