Repair Service Terms (FUNHO Canada)

1. Service Fee
On-site repair service is CAD $150 per visit within Calgary. Travel outside Calgary may incur additional charges.

2. Parts Cost
Replacement parts are not included in the service fee and will be charged separately based on the required components.

3. Warranty Eligibility
Machines purchased from FUNHO Canada and within the warranty period are eligible for free repair service for covered defects under normal use.
Machines not purchased from us or outside the warranty period are not eligible for warranty coverage.

4. Brand Policy
We provide repair services for automatic mahjong machines of any brand. Service fees and parts charges apply unless the product qualifies for warranty coverage.

5. Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required only for warranty claims to verify eligibility within the warranty period.

6. Service Request
Customers must contact FUNHO Canada to report the issue and arrange a repair appointment.
